At Kaya Image, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return the product to us, and we’ll either repair/replace it or credit you, subject to the following terms. This Policy exclusively applies to products purchased directly from Kaya Image.
This Policy is an integral part of the Kaya Image Terms and Conditions. Therefore, words defined in the Terms and Conditions hold the same meaning in this Policy unless otherwise indicated. This Policy is not intended to limit your statutory rights in any manner.
Preparing Your Products for a Return
To expedite the processing of your request, please ensure the following when returning your products:
- Safely and securely package your products for protection during transit.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ensure all accessories and parts sold with the product are included.
Failure to adhere to these requirements could result in delays or the decline of your request.
Unwanted Products
You may return an unwanted product to us, provided it meets the following criteria:
- Undamaged and unused, with original labels and stickers still attached.
- In the original packaging, undamaged and in its original condition with all seals intact (if applicable).
- Not missing any accessories or parts.
- A return request is sent to info@kayaimage.co.za within 30 days of delivery or collection. After 30 days, returns are only accepted for defective products.
- Not personalized or made-to-order items or sale items.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve changed your mind and desire a refund for a product, you may return it, provided it’s not personalized or a sale item. Upon inspection and validation of your return, we’ll refund the purchase price within 10 days.
Want to Exchange?
Lifestyle and sportswear products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation if available. If not available, we’ll refund you the purchase price within 10 days of the return.
We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.
