Our team will contact you to request the following within 5 work hours of payment:
- School name
- School logo (high-resolution image or vector file)
- Matric year back design (we can make it for you after a 30min meeting with the students or you can send a sketch)
- Learner names / nicknames list (if applicable)
- Any final colour or text confirmations This step ensures accurate branding and avoids errors before production.
Step 3: Digital Mockup Approval
- A digital jacket mockup is created based on your chosen specifications.
- You will receive the mockup for review and written approval.
- Production only starts once final approval is received.
Step 4: Production
- Jackets are printed, assembled, and finished according to the approved design.
- Quality checks are performed on colours, sizing, and branding placement.
Step 5: Delivery or Collection
- Completed jackets are prepared for delivery or collection as agreed.
- You will be notified once your order is ready.

- Any changes requested after mockup approval may affect turnaround time and cost.
- Supplying clear, high-quality logos helps speed up the process.
- Production timelines begin after final design approval, not payment date.
