What Happens After You Place Your Order

Once payment is received and your jacket specifications are selected, the production process begins.

Step 1: Order Confirmation

• We confirm your selected jacket style, size breakdown, and all chosen add-ons.
• Your order is officially queued for design and production.

Step 2: Design Information Collection

Our team will contact you to request the following within 5 work hours of payment:

• School name
• School logo (high-resolution image or vector file)
• Matric year back design (we can make it for you after a 30min meeting with the students or you can send a sketch)
• Learner names / nicknames list (if applicable)
• Any final colour or text confirmations This step ensures accurate branding and avoids errors before production.

Step 3: Digital Mockup Approval

• A digital jacket mockup is created based on your chosen specifications.
• You will receive the mockup for review and written approval.
• Production only starts once final approval is received.

Step 4: Production

• Jackets are printed, assembled, and finished according to the approved design.
• Quality checks are performed on colours, sizing, and branding placement.

Step 5: Delivery or Collection

• Completed jackets are prepared for delivery or collection as agreed.
• You will be notified once your order is ready.
